29.  Set Up Email Sending Settings

You can specify settings for your personal WebMail account as follows:

  1. Click My Options > Applications > WebMail > Email Sending Settings.

    The Email Sending Settings window appears.

  2. Enter From Name as you would like it to appear on outgoing emails.

  3. Click Save Attachments if you want to save attachments of sent emails. If you do not check, the sent emails will be saved with record of the attachment, but without the actual attachment.

  4. Click Send vCard if you want to send out a record of your company information with your outgoing emails. The vCard is an electronic "business card".

  5. Click Reply if you want to include the original message in your reply emails.

  6. Choose your Encoding setting. If you don't know which to choose, go by the languages listed. Choose the one you use the most often in email.

    If you change languages often, click Ask me when sending email, so you can alter with each email sent.

  7. Click Save Email Sending Settings.
