Sync enables you to synchronize your Share360 ToDo List with your PDA ToDo List.

Before you set up these sync options, make sure you have installed sync and set up basic conduits. See Pocket PC Installation or Palm OSŪ lnstallation and Sync Basic Settings for Pocket PC or Palm OS(R) for reference.

To set up ToDo List sync settings, follow these steps:

1. Click on My Options > Share360 Sync > ToDo List.

   The ToDo List Sync Settings window appears.

2. Choose your sync settings:

   Synchronize Data:

   Tasks on Share360 will synchronize with tasks on your PDA.

   The data modified in Share360 will be updated to the handheld, and vice versa. The priority in most cases is on Share360 when conflicts occur between Share360 and the handheld.

   • Edit Share360/ Edit PDA = Share360 overwrites
   • Edit Share360/Delete PDA = Share360 overwrites
   • Delete Share360/Edit PDA = PDA overwrites
   • Delete Share360/Delete PDA = record deleted

   Events marked as Private on the PDA will be synchornized with Share360, but the private marking will be ignored.

   Synchronization of Categories:

   • If a new category is created in Share360, it will be reflected on the PDA.
   • If a new category is created on the PDA, it will be reflected in Share360.
   • If you change the category name on either Share360 or the PDA, the updated name will not be reflected upon sync unless the record(s) corresponding to the category are also updated.

   ToDo Priorities will be adjusted, since Share360 has a 5 priority scale, and Palm has 4 levels.

   • Share360 (!!!!!) > Palm (priority = 0)
   • Share360 (!!!!) > Palm (priority = 1)
   • Share360 (!!!) > Palm (priority = 2)
   • Share360 (!!) > Palm (priority = 3)
   • Share360 (!) > Palm (priority = 4)

   Share360 data will overwrite data in PDA:

   • Please be aware that current tasks in the PDA will be deleted.
   • Select this option when you want to delete all data in the handheld and download the new data from Share360.

   Do Nothing:

   • Sync will not be activated for ToDo List (this is the default).
   • Choose when you want to synchronize other conduits.

3. Click Save Settings.
