14.  Export Personal Address Records to CSV Files

To export a CSV (comma separated file) of personal address records to the Address Book, follow these steps:

  1. Click My Options > Applications > Address Book > Export Personal Addresses to CSV File.

    The Export Personal Addresses to CSV File window appears.

  2. Choose whether or not the top line of CSV File should be exported as column headers.

  3. Click Next to preview upload.

  4. Click Export Addresses. Save to your hard drive.
