If you have problems accessing Share360 only from some Client PCs, it is probably due to what is explained in Cannot log in to or use Share360.
If you still have a problem, read the following.
- You may have a problem with your browser.
- Your browser may not be set up to display the latest information.
- Netscape Communicator 6.2 or later
- Select Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Cache.
- Select Once per session at Compare
the page in the cached to the page on the network.
- Internet Explorer 5.0X
- Select Tools > Internet Options > General.
- Select Every visit to the page in
the Check for newer versions of stored pages:.
It may be that you can access from Netscape, but not Internet Explorer, or some similar situation. To troubleshoot, try to:
- use another browser, or
- reinstall the browser,
then check if you still have the problem.
In this case, information may not be updated on the browser. Change the browsers setting and try again.
