You cannot access from some client PC's

If you have problems accessing Share360 only from some Client PCs, it is probably due to what is explained in Cannot log in to or use Share360.

If you still have a problem, read the following.

  1. You may have a problem with your browser.
  2. It may be that you can access from Netscape, but not Internet Explorer, or some similar situation. To troubleshoot, try to:
    - use another browser, or
    - reinstall the browser,
    then check if you still have the problem.

  3. Your browser may not be set up to display the latest information.
  4. In this case, information may not be updated on the browser. Change the browsers setting and try again.

    • Netscape Communicator 6.2 or later
      1. Select Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Cache.
      2. Select Once per session at Compare the page in the cached to the page on the network.

    • Internet Explorer 5.0X
      1. Select Tools > Internet Options > General.
      2. Select Every visit to the page in the Check for newer versions of stored pages:.
