If you haven't already utilized the Admin Tools Set Up Wizard, you can use this helpful tool to get some of the most common and most important settings completed in just a few moments.
The Wizard will allow you to easily set up mail servers, groups, users and much more. Best of all you can start the Wizard at any time to modify your settings. All previously configured data will be preserved.
Just go to Admin Tools in your installation of Cybozu Share360 and click the Set Up Wizard button (pictured above) to get started

Admin Tools allow the system administrator (anyone with system administrator access) to control various company-wide settings which affect all users.
You can access Admin Tools from the footer on any page (unless the Admin Tools Eligibility has been set to only include certain users - and you're not one of them)

Please note that some Admin Tools are available without logging in as a Share360 User while other tools require log in as both a user of Share360 and as an Admin. (If you have selected to only allow certain users access to Admin Tools, then User and Admin login are required for all parts of Admin Tools)
