This page will show you how to read the Environment Variables Settings Table in System Settings menu to make sure that you have no problem in the web server settings to use Cybozu Office 4/Share360.

This variable represents the revision of the Common Gateway Interface that the server uses.

This variable represents the server's hostname or IP address. If you find the different hostname or IP address here from the one for the server running Cybozu Office 4/Share360, it will cause the trouble. Please make sure the right hostname or IP address is displayed in this variable.

Depending on the web server you use, you may see the different value format in this variable.

If you are using Apache for UNIX version, please edit the httpd.conf file so that the right SERVER_NAME is set up before using Cybozu Office 4/Share360.

This variable represents the TCP/IP port number of the host on which the web server is running. The default value is 80.

This variable represents the name and revision of the information protocol that the web server is using.

This variable represents the name and revision of the web server software being used at the moment. In the above example, you can see that IIS Ver. 4 is currently running.

Note: When using Personal Web Server 4.0 for Windows98 and Peer Web Services for Windows NT Workstation 4.0, you will see the same value, Microsoft-IIS/4.0. This has nothing to do with Cybozu Office 4/Share360, and it will work properly.

This variable represents the browser application that the client is currently using to access to Cybozu Office 4/Share360.

This variable represents the web server's absolute document root directory. You are supposed to place all of the HTML content files under this directory in the server running the web server application to publish the information.

This variable represents the absolute access path to run Cybozu Office/Share360 applications in the server's local disk. This directory should be consistent with the directory where the "office.exe" file (for UNIX version, office.cgi) is located.

This variable represents the free disk space available to install Cybozu Office 4/Share360. When you have less than 10MB in this variable, Cybozu Office4/Share360 may stop working for the security purpose.
