21. Set Up Web Forms Managers

  (System Settings)

To add/edit/delete custom Web forms for your company, users must have Web Forms Manager privileges. These privileges are set up by the system administrator.

As a system administrator, select users to be Web Forms Managers as follows:

  1. From the Home Page, choose Web Forms > Admin Tools.

    Note: You can access Admin Tools from any page; just use the left navigation in Admin Tools to find the specific application options.

    If you are not already logged in as Admin, enter your admin password when prompted.

    Select Managers.

  2. To assign all registered users to the Web Forms Manager Group, click the Let all Users act as Web Forms Managers radio button.

  3. To assign specific users to the Web Forms Manager Group, click the Select users to act as Web Forms Managers radio button.

    • Select the groups to include from the drop-down menu.
    • Click specific users to add.
    • Click Add to move the names to the right field.
