You can change servers, the server OS, and Web servers running Share360 without informing Cybozu. Also, you don't need to take additional steps or pay any extra fees. Share360 can be used on Windows98/NT/2000/XP or UNIX (Linux/FreeBSD).

Reservation in Office 4 or Facilities in Office 3 is no longer a separate component. It's been integrated with Scheduler. For people upgrading, the Reservation information is partially carried over. If a particular Reservation is attached to something in Schedule, then it will show up in Share360; otherwise it will not show up in the new software. This is fairly minor for Office 4 users, but for Office 3 users, the facilities and schedules are not integrated. That means facilities reservations in Office 3 will not be carried over to Share360.

For people who like the Reservation function, no functionality has been lost. Reservations has been fully integrated into Scheduler. Please refer to the Scheduler manual for more details.

You are eligible to a free update from Cybozu Office 4 to Share360 if you purchased your license between Dec. 1, 2001 and January 31, 2002.

If you already own Share360, you can always update to our minor releases for free. Simply download the new minor release and use your existing registration code.

In order to use the same URL once you update to Share360, follow one of these scenarios:

1) Change the folder name of C:\InetPub\scripts\s360 to C:\InetPub\scripts\cb4.

• When you make this change, you will not be able to browse data in Share360.
• Access Office 4 data from the original URL: http://(IP address)/scripts/cb4/office.exe?.

2) Set up a virtual directory.

• By setting up a virtual directory, you can access Share360 from either http://(IP address)/scripts/cb4/office.exe? or http://(IP address)/scripts/s360/office.exe?
• Directory Name - C:\InetPub\scripts\s360.
• Alias Name - /scripts/cb4.

3) Use the redirect page.

• When you access Share360 at http://(IP address)/scripts/s360/office.exe?, you will be able to browse "C:\InetPub\scripts\cb4\page\index.html".
• If you replace this file with the file redirect to the Home Page or Share360, (http://(IP address)/scripts/cb4/office.exe? ), you will be automatically linked to the Share360 Home Page. Until you notify all users of the update from Office 3 to Share360, it might be a good idea to use this function.

You cannot integrate Share360 files that are operated separately. Each license of Share360 is associated with one set of data. You may migrate from server to server, upgrade your product, or change your OS, but you cannot integrate two sets of data from two Share360 programs.
