Sync for Palm OS®

Some WebMail data was not synchronized.

Some data in Share360 cannot be downloaded to the handheld using Share360 Sync for Palm OS(R).

If you have setup the HotSync option in the handheld, please refer to WebMail Sync manual for details on what data can or cannot be synchronized.

The data is deleted without saving backup files even though I checked 'Backup' in the PalmOS handheld.

If you delete Scheduler and ToDo List files in the Palm OS handheld and synchronize, the data is deleted in Share360 even if you check Data Backup in PC. Handheld applications used with Share360 Sync for Palm OS(R) cannot save backup files.

Share360 Sync for Palm OS(R) itself does not have backup file feature

Nothing happens even after pressing the HotSync button on the cradle.

Make sure the cradle's cable is connected to the client machine properly. In addition, please confirm that HotSync Manager has already started.
