Memos
While using Memos, "Error: 501 Cannot find the requested object" is displayed.
If you get this message after updating from Office 3 to Share360, it could be that there is no data file for Memos. Please confirm the following.
- Does "s360/data/circular.odb" exist under the installation directory?
- In case the data does not exist, please reinstall Share360.
Note: If you reinstall Share360, the data files of the other applications will not be replaced or deleted.
Please reinstall Memos using the following procedure.
- Delete Share360 from [Add/Remove Programs].
- Reboot the installer and install Share360 in the same directory as it was previously.
If you proceed as follows, the data file of Memos will be deleted.
- Overwrite all "/data" directory with Cybozu Office 3.
- Delete all data of Share360 and copy the data of Cybozu Office 3.
Please copy files or folders under the "data" or under the "file" one by one.
Once I write comments and mark a Memo as read, can I edit the comments?
You can only edit the comments if the system administrator allows it in Admin Tools.
- Go to Admin Tools.
- Click Memos.
- Click General.
- Unclick Do Not Allow Users to Edit Their Comments Once Entered.
How can I "check all"?
In order to check a series of check boxes, you can either check each one by one to be selective, or you can click on the check mark above the column to check all. You can do this in the following applications:
- Read Memos
- Sent Memos
- WebMail Inbox or Folders
