The support and sales for the previous versions are discontinued on 2/20/2006. You may upgrade to latest version, [Share 360 Version 2]; however, you may not add license of them any more.

Where can I buy Share360?

You can order products directly from our Web site at Share360.com. Within 10 days, you will get a registration key to use the product.

You can also purchase our products through our partners. Please contact our partners from the Partners section on our Web site.

How many days does it take to get a registration code?

If you make a request through the Internet, we will send you a registration code within 10 days.

Who is eligible for a free update version?

You are eligible to a free update from Cybozu Office 4 to Share360 if you purchased your license between Dec. 1, 2001 and January 31, 2002.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please send a request email to eorder@cybozu.com. Please enter Free Update Request in the subject of email. We will contact you as soon as we receive the email. It will take up to 5 days to process your free update request.

If you already own Share360, you can always update to our minor releases for free. Simply download the new minor release and use your existing registration code.

I lost the license card.

We charge $20 to replace lost license cards. Please use the contact form on cybozu.com to request another copy of your license file.

What is the difference between the Share360 trial version and the actual product?

There is absolutely no difference in functionality except for usage limitation which is set at 60-days for the free trial version. When the 60-day free trial period expires, you cannot use any Share360 applications until you purchase a license.

However, the data in Share360 will remain undeleted even after the trial period expires. When you enter the registration code for the license that you purchase, you can keep using that data. Complicated data conversion will not be necessary.

If you want to purchase a license to avoid any Share360 downtime resulting from trial period expiration, we recommend that you order the license 10 days before the trial period expires.

The registered contact person has changed. Should I inform Cybozu?

If you have any changes in user information such as the telephone or fax number, mailing address, email address, or company name, please send an email to esales@cybozu.com to update your user information.

I would like to give the license to someone else. How can I do that?

You may not transfer any rights related to the Share360 Software or related documentation to any third party.

How can I switch from UNIX to Windows or vice versa? Are the prices the same?

Share360 is developed based on the multi-platform license concept. Accordingly, you do not have to pay additional fees for any changes in OS.

How much does it cost for upgrades/updates?

In case of updates without changing number of users and feature upgrades, it will cost you 20% of the original price of "Cybozu Office series", you've purchased. In case of upgrades with increased number of users and feature upgrades, it will cost you the balance amount of the original license and the new license.
