Cybozu Web Server
The executables, cws and cwm, are located on your top directory of the Web Server. Usually, this is in the InetPub directory of your install disk (i.e. C:\\InetPub).
Try uninstalling it first, by going into the command prompt and entering
- cws.exe uninstall
Then try installing it again by entering
- cws.exe install
Now click on cwm in the InetPub directory and you should have a GUI that lets you control the Cybozu Web Server.
Make sure you have the correct path so that the Web Server can find Share360.
For example, the Server assumes the default path of your installation is C:\InetPub\scripts\s360, so if you install it on a different directory, please configure your CWS following the instructions in the configuration section.
Cybozu Web Server is installed as a service, just like IIS. Therefore, when the machine reboots, the service will start up normally.
You can check the status for all services by going to Control Panel and Adminstrative Task to find System Services.
Note: Different OS put the tools in different places, so consult your OS user manual to find where "Services" is located on your machine.
Open up your web broswer and try to see if you can see http://localhost/. Normally, if you get anything except for server not responding or DNS not found, the server is up and you just need to configure it correctly.
If there's an error talking to the server, then you need to see this FAQ
