Group-exclusive means only the appointed group will have access to the data. You can set up group-exclusive

• Cabinet folders
• Bulletin Board categories
• Discussions Categories

Bulletin Boards are meant to be used as a central place for company-wide announcements or group-wide announcements. The system administrator can set up certain Bulletin Board categories to be seen only by a specific group. (Admin Tools --> Bulletin Board --> Categories).

If you want information to be posted to only specific people, you should use the Memos application.

You can only revise a Bulletin Board Announcement that you post. If you make changes after it has been posted, the revised version will be posted with the note that it has been revised.
