As a system administrator, for convenience, you can modify the SMTP mail server from Whereabouts as follows:

1. From the Portal Page, choose Whereabouts > Setting.

   If you are not already logged in as Admin, enter your admin password when prompted.

   Select Mail Server Setting.

2. Enter an SMTP server.

   The server is set as a common SMTP server for Office 4.

3. When done, click Save.
