9. Set up Bulletin Boards | (System Settings) |
As a system administrator, you set up the different Bulletin Boards for all users.

From the Portal Page, choose Bulletin Board > Setting.
If you are not already logged in as Admin, enter your admin password when prompted.
Select Bulletin Board Setting.

To add a Bulletin Board, click Add.
- Add Bulletin Board Name.
- Click Set as Group-Exclusive and select a group from the pull-down menu if you want the Bulletin Board to be seen/edited only by a particular group.
- Click Add.
To edit a Bulletin Board, select a Bulletin Board.
- Click Edit.
- Make changes as necessary.
- Click Save.
To delete a Bulletin Board, select a Bulletin Board.
- Click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm.

To Reorder Bulletin Board display, click the Up Arrow or Down Arrows.
- To move up: With the Bulletin Board highlighted, click the Up Arrow to move the Bulletin Boiard up to a desired location.
- To move down: With the Bulletin Board highlighted, click the Down Arrow to move the Bulletin Board down to a desired location.
