You can send a "Message" from any of the following areas:

• "Whereabouts 4"
• Weekly view of "Scheduler 4"
• Weekly schedule at Portal page

To create a message in Whereabouts, click the "Telephone" icon which is displayed under the user name. This will bring up a screen to leave the "Message".

You can easily receive messages in both Whereabouts and in Email. To set up, go to the Whereabouts Settings:

• Click on Settings in the top right corner of your screen on the Whereabouts home page.
• Under "How to Receive" messages, specify how you would like to receive your messages.
• If via email, specify at what address you'd like to receive your messages
• Click "Save"

At this time, the Time Sheet function only allows for one recorded break.
