Where can I enter the registration code?
You will find the Cybozu Sync Setting Menu in User Setting on the Portal Page.
In the Cybozu Sync Setting Menu, enter User ID No.(6 characters) and Registration Code (20 characters).
I have lost my registration code for Cybozu Sync. How can I replace it?
Cybozu will reissue the registration code, but we will charge a small fee for the reissuing cost.

My Registration Code for Sync Please doesn't seem to work.
The registration code for Cybozu Sync 4 has 20 alphabet characters.
Please confirm if you have entered correctly.
Check that you did not enter a registration code for another application.
You cannot use the Cybozu Office 4 registration code for Cybozu Sync 4.
