The support and sales for the previous versions are discontinued on 2/20/2006. You may upgrade to latest version, [Share 360 Version 2]; however, you may not add license of them any more.

What kind of support do you provide?
All inquiries can be emailed to our Contact Center at our Web site. Even during the trial period, the mail support is provided for free. We will get back to all inquiries within 48 hours of your request.
At this time, we do not provide the following support services:
- Telephone support
- Onsite service installation or employee training
- Operating seminars
We designed the product to be easy to install and operate, but if you do have questions, we are happy to respond to you via email inquiries. We are able to offer reasonable product prices as a result of limiting support to email only.
