Cybozu Office does not allow you to make recurring reservations across years. In order to do so, you'll have to make a new reservation at the start of each year.

If you have two or more versions of Office 4 on your machine due to repeated installs, then Office 4 will let you remove the first version only. To delete additional versions, you need to contact Cybozu product support at our Web site.
