Registraton Code
If you make a request through the Internet, we will send you the registration code within 10 days.
The root cause of this problem might be the following.
- Please check to see if you have not accidentally entered the registration code for wrong version of Cybozu (i.e. Office 3 for Office 4).
- Check if the number of registered users exceeds the number of authorized users.
- When you enter the registration code, please check for accurate spaces, capital letters and small letters.
- Some client PC's may not access the sever due to network setting. Please try to see if you can access from the another client PC.
[!] Users who have a right for free version update need to contact us and send a request form.
You can enter the registration code from "System Settings --> Registration Code Setting".
You will find "Cybozu Sync Setting Menu" in the "User Setting --> Registration Code Setting" on the bottom of the Portal Page.
In the "Cybozu Sync Setting Menu", enter User ID No. (6 characters) and Registration Code.
We will reissue the registration code again. However, we charge for the reissuing cost. Please use the contact form on www.cybozu.com to request a new license card
The registration code for Cybozu Sync 4 has 20 alphabet characters. Please confirm that you have entered it correctly.
- Check to see if you entered all capital letters, numbers, etc. correctly.
- Make sure you did not enter the registration code for another product. You cannot use your Office 4 code for Sync 4.
