For Pack EX 4, the included applications have changed from those of Office 3; Project 4 is no longer bundled in Pack EX 4.

Pack products that do not bundle Project

• Cybozu Office Pack EX 4
• Cybozu Office SOHO 4

We will, however, provide Project 4 for free if you update from previous versions of Pack EX or SOHO products that bundled Project to Pack EX 4 or SOHO 4.

Office 4 includes all applications, including Project and Web Forms; therefore, when you download Office 4, you are downloading the entire suite of products. If you'd only like to use certain products, you can do the following:

• In installation, choose to download only the applications you want to use.
• After installation, change the applications to use in Module Activation in the System Setting.

Without logging in (i.e. you are a Guest User), you can use the following applications:

• Scheduler 4
• Whereabouts 4
• Bulletin Board 4
• Address Book 4
• Forum 4
• Project 4

This is because all access permissions (browse/register/modify) are given to Guest Users as a default setting.

To use the other applications, a login will be required.

If you want to administer a permission, change the setup from within each application.
