If your Office 3 license is dated 04/01/2001 or later, you can get a free update to Office 4. You will need to complete a request form for the free update and send it to us.

Users with an Office 3 license dated before 04/01/2001 can update to Office 4 at an update price.

From Pack EX 4, the menu has changed and Project is no longer included.

The Pack products that bundle Project:

• Cybozu Office SOHO
• Cybozu Office SOHO 3

The Pack products that do not bundle Project:

• Cybozu Office Pack EX 4
• Cybozu Office SOHO 4

Accordingly, you will get Project 4 at no charge if you update Pack products, including Project, to Pack EX 4.

You can order directly from our website at Cybozu.com. Within 10 days, you will get a registration key to use the product.

If you make a request through the Internet, we will send you the registration code within 10 days.

You can update to the current version by using the following procedure:

• Choose Download, Install, and Data conversion.
• Apply a version update.
• Enter the registration code. We have two price lists for updating versions.

Free version update: We will provide a free update to users with a Office 3 license dated 04/01/2001 or after.

Updating Price: We will provide a version update to users with a Office 3 license dated before 04/01/2001.

Any user eligible must complete a request form and send it to us.

We charge $20 to replace lost license cards. Please send the request email from the contact form on www.cybozu.com.

There is no difference in functions or limitations between the free trial version and the actual product, except for usage limitation, which is set at 60 days for the free trial version. When the 60-day free trial period expires, you cannot use any Office 4 applications until you purchase the license. However, the data in Office 4 remains undeleted even after the trial period expires. When you enter the registration code for the license that you purchase, you can keep using that data. There won't be any complicated data conversion necessary.

To avoid any illegal acts in using Office 4 products, you cannot change the expired date once you install the 60-day trial version.

If you want to try 60-day free trial version again, please install it in a different machine. If you want to purchase a license to avoid any downtime of Office 4 resulting from the expiration of the trial period, we recommend that you order the license 10 days before the trial period expires.

If you have any changes in user information such as the telephone or fax number, mailing address, email address, and company name, please send an email to esales@cybozu.com to update your user information with the following information:

• User ID
• Company Name
• Company Address
• Department/Division Name
• Main Contact Person's Name
• Telephone Number
• Email Address
• Company Address

You may not transfer any rights related to the Cybozu Software or related documentation to any third party.

Office 4 is developed based on the Multi-Platform License concept. Accordingly, you do not have to pay extra for any changes in your system settings where Office runs.

Cybozu Office English version and Cybozu Office Japanese version each have different licenses. For this reason, you cannot do the following:

• Migrate data from the English version to the Japanese version
• Share data between the English version and the Japanese version
• Update data from the English version to the Japanese version
