If you get this message after updating from Cybozu Office 3 to Cybozu Office 4, it could be that there is no data file for Circulation. Please confirm the following.

• Does "cb4/data/circular.odb" exist under the installation directory?
• In case the data does not exist, please reinstall Cybozu Office 4.

[!] If you reinstall Cybozu Office 4, the data files of the other applications will not be replaced or deleted.

Please reinstall Circulation using the following procedure.

• Delete 'Cybozu Office 4' from [Add/Remove Programs].
• Reboot the installer and install Cybozu Office 4 in the same directory as it was previously.

If you proceed as follows, the data file of Circulation 4 will be deleted.

• Overwrite all "/data" directory with Cybozu Office 3.
• Delete all data of Cybozu Office 4 and copy the data of Cybozu Office 3.

Please copy files or folders under the "data" or under the "file" one by one.
