The address book records for the "public" or "group" records are set by the company administrator. The personal address book records are fixed. You can change the view of the fields by clicking "view settings" and checking only those fields you'd like to see on the list of records.

The system administrator will set users up with accounts in the system, so everyone will have a user record. You can only edit your own user record. To do so,

• Go to "User Directory" from the top navigation, or go to "Address Book", click on the User Directory tab, and click on your personal record.
• Click on your name, and enter/edit information.
• Click "Save"

Make sure that you do not choose to "Do nothing" in the settings for each Cybozu conduit.

For Cybozu Address Book 4, Cybozu Sync 4 lets you synchronize only those records under the Cybozu category in your handheld.

Accordingly, if you see no data update or synchronization with Cybozu Address Book 4, please check whether the address records you want to synchronize in the handheld are registered under the Cybozu category. Usually, Cybozu Sync 4 should automatically creates the address category, Cybozu. However, if you already have more than 15 categories, it cannot create the one for Cybozu.

If this is the case, please delete some of the categories. Again, make sure that all the address records in your handheld have to be registered under the Cybozu category to synchronize with Cybozu Address Book 3.
