* In Netscape 6.2.x there is an occasional display bug which makes the interface (or part of the interface) appear to be blank. If you manually resize the browser window the interface will display normally. This issue does not occur with newer versions of Netscape (7.x) or with Mozilla 1.2.x. If you use Netscape 6.2.x we recommend that you update your browser to the latest version (a good idea regardless). The latest version can be downloaded and installed in minutes from http://netscape.com/download/.
SECURITY: If you are still using Internet Explorer 5.5, there are numerous Security issues with your browser! We strongly reommend that you update your browser and operating system by using the Windows Update feature (usually an option if you click Start menu of your Windows operating system (you may also check in the control panel if you cannot find it).

Scheduler
- Performance improvement on adding a new event
When adding a new event, Share360 deletes former events which are before the range set in Admin Tools to save past events. If you have too many events before the range for some reason (e.g. move the range from 2 years ago to 1 year ago), adding a new event might take too much time and fail on CGI timeout. The number of events deleted at once has been limited to prevent this timeout. This update is recommended for all customers who occasionally experience a timeout when adding an event. - Miscellaneous minor performance improvements
Cybozu Web Server
Fixed security vulnerability in Cybozu Web Server 3.0 for Windows version. The vulnerability allowed for a '../../' directory traversal attack, which allows remote users access to the non-disclosed files on the Windows server file system.
We recommend all customers who are using Cybozu Web Server download and install this version. Please note that you must stop the Cybozu Web Server before installing the latest version. To stop the Cybozu web Server, do one of the following:
- Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
open property of "Cybozu Web Server"
press "Stop" - run Cybozu Web Server Manager (cwm.exe)
under InetPub, then press "Stop"
- Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

Fixed Southern Hemisphere time zone problem with Daylight Saving Time (DST)
The customers who are in below regions might be seeing the wrong time displayed during its daylight saving time period on Share360 v2.2.0.1 or former version.
- Australia (South Australia)
- Australia (New South Wales and Victoria)
- Australia (Tasmania)
- Brazil (Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Brasilia)
- Chile
- New Zealand
Share360 Version 2.2.0.2 for Linux/FreeBSD versions will fix this completely.
Share360 Version 2.2.0.2 for Windows will solve it under limited condition:
With Windows version, for customers in the above regions to display proper Daylight Saving Time:
- the Windows Server's (the user running the Web Server) time zone must be the same as the region
- If any individual tries to set the different time zone, which has a different daylight savings time period, that time zone's time is not displayed right.
For example, if you have two time zone's users mixed
- Australia (New South Wales and Victoria) : has DST
- Australia (Queensland) : no DST
to make both run correctly:
- your Windows server should be set to "Sydney" (which is "New South Wales and Victoria" on Windows)
- then set company-wide time zone to "New South Wales"
- ask users in Queensland to set "Queensland" in My Options
Please do not set "Queensland" as your server local time zone, as when the local time zone does not have DST, Windows tries to calculate DST by USA's period (from April to October), which is totally opposite for Southern Hemisphere time zones.
If you try to add another user who is in different time zone, where s/he has DST like US (Pacific) then there is no way for Windows version to accommodate all of them. Either side DST will be calculated incorrectly.
This comes from Windows OS's limitation which can only get your local time zone's local time with DST. For this case, only Unix (Linux/FreeBSD) version can do it.

Outlook Sync
- Share360 Outlook Sync now synchronizes your Outlook Calendar with your Share360 Scheduler. This new feature compliments the existing Outlook sync functionality that allows you to synchronize your Share360 Personal Address Book with your Outlook Contacts. The Outlook sync applications are designed to allow users to synchronize their centrally stored Share360 data with their desktop Outlook applications.
