• All you need is a server running Share360 Version 2 and a Windows-based client PC running Pocket PC OS.
• Download and install Share360 Sync for Pocket PC on your computer - make sure to select the appropriate installer for your version of Pocket PC (2000, 2002, 2003).
• Just put your handheld in its cradle and press the ActiveSync button to sync.

Sold separately from Share360; you need to install Share360 Sync for Pocket PC, whereas Share360 only needs to be installed centrally in your office.
