Community Services Network, Inc. is a private, non-profit social services agency serving the Central Florida community. Our mission is "Empowering People through Information." We accomplish this through three programs: 1) First Call for Help, an information and referral call center, 2) Community Resource Directory, a publication of social service agencies and program in the tri-county area (Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties), and 3) Community Stewardship Program, a collaborative, fund management service for distributing emergency financial assistance to households experiencing a temporary financial need.

None, it was a very smooth roll out.

We had been looking for an affordable group calendaring product. With the discount provided through DiscounTech s360 was a bargain.

Generally, staff are pleased that we have a central, accessible place for tracking each others whereabouts.

Punching in and out and the scheduler [Whereabouts] are used daily.

  Straightforward and simple to use. Easy implementation, clean interface.
